Questions
What size does a Telegram sticker have to be?
Telegram’s sticker guide says a static sticker is a PNG or WebP with one side exactly 512 pixels and the other 512 or less. This page scales the longer side of what you framed to 512 and keeps the proportions.
Is there a file size limit?
Telegram’s current guide does not state one for static stickers. The last figure it published was 512 KB, so this page keeps the file under 512,000 bytes to be safe, trying lossless PNG and lossless WebP before giving anything up.
Why is my small picture blurry?
Because one side has to be exactly 512 pixels, a smaller picture is enlarged to reach it, and enlarging cannot add detail that was not there. The page says so before you download.
